Print prices are calculated based on print time. For normal prints from 0-3 hours I charge 5-10€ per hour based on how complicated the whole print is. That includes material, preparation, checking and light post-processing.
For designing, I calculate 35€ per hour. I mainly use Fusion360. I can work from drawing, pictures or a napkin sketch
